We loved the charming decor throughout the hotel. The room was cozy, with a super comfy bed perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. breakfast could use a revamp. we experienced long waits and underwhelming dishes. Tip, try the lovely cafes nearby for better breakfast options.

I stayed for a night in a Signature Double room, and found the hotel beautifully designed with modern amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist and accommodate our needs. The location is superb, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options. there was an issue with the plug sockets not charging my phone, which was a bit inconvenient.

The Signature Double features a spacious layout with a large bathroom that initially impresses. The shower provides decent pressure. however, it may leave you wanting more if you prefer a powerful spray.

Though the room's size is commendable, the overall decor feels outdated, littered with scuffs on the walls and mismatched furniture that lacks comfort. One chair bears stains, and the shower head’s broken state ruins the refreshing experience one seeks. Soundproofing leaves room for improvement, as conversations from neighbors echo uncomfortably, robbing you of peace. I also found a bizarre number of switches near the bed, most of which seemed ineffective, leaving me puzzled in the morning haze. I had a poor view that did little to elevate my stay.

The Alan's bar area is the perfect chill spot with a lively vibe, making it a fab place to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, it's located super close to some cheeky eats like Yang Sing and Pinwei, which are a must-try for any foodie! The Signature Double room I stayed in was spacious and minimalist—proper lush.

Only thing we didn't like was the heating system that was a bit of a puzzle, leaving us wrapped in blankets like it was winter! We also found the room service a bit lacking, as the bedding wasn’t changed properly, but the overall cleanliness still sparkled.

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting stay in Manchester with exceptional value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during our check-in. For a decent drink, check out the hotel bar in the basement for reasonable prices.
